There are two queen bedrooms and a large king bedroom with an ensuite and ocean views. For families the oversized bedroom upstairs is a perfect kids hangout with built in bunks and pod chairs and TV nook.
At the front is a large deck with a weatherproof pergola and built in BBQ with ocean views. At the back of the house is a private courtyard with a pool and a hot/cold outdoor shower. Next to the pool is a luscious shaded pergola with built in bench seating. There is always a spot to find shade, sun and a breeze in this property.
The Kitchen is well equipped for entertaining with a Nespresso machine, microwave, cheese boards etc. The living area is open plan with a smart TV and DVD player. The open dining area has a large dining table with in-built bench seating and dimmable mood lighting for entertaining.
